Dates and Times for the classes are:
Thursday mornings 10.30 to 11.30 (5 Weeks)
June 9, 16, 23 and 30; July 7 and 14
Cost per session: £5.00 or £4.00 for concessions.
Please work in bare feet or non-slip socks (with plastic studs on the bottom) or flat-soled shoes.
Ordinary socks are not suitable, for safety reasons.
