Classes are held on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons at the Stanton Hall, Charlton Kings Library.

Dates and Times for the classes are:
Tuesday Evenings 18.30 to 19.30 (4 Weeks)
June 7, 14, 21 and 28
Cost: Block of 4 Sessions £30.00
Wednesday Afternoons 13.30 to 14.30 (5 Weeks)
June 8, 15, and 28; July 6 and 13
Cost: Block of 5 Sessions £35.00
Please work in bare feet or non-slip socks (with plastic studs on the bottom) or flat-soled shoes.
Ordinary socks are not suitable, for safety reasons.
