Classes are held on Tuesday mornings
Times for the classes are:-
10.30 – 11.30am
Cost: £5.50 or £4.00 for concessions.
Please work in bare feet or non-slip socks (with plastic studs on the bottom) or flat-soled shoes. Ordinary socks are not suitable, for safety reasons.
