My Charlton Kings Wednesday afternoon class on the 20th of June has had to be cancelled due to building works at the Stanton Hall on that day making Summer Term 2 only 5 weeks long. I am sorry for this, but it is out of my control.
My classes in the New Year will begin again on :
Tuesday 9 January 2018 in both Springbank and Charlton Kings
Term Dates up to Half Term: 9 Jan to 6 Feb (5 Weeks)
Wednesday 10 January 2018 in Charlton Kings
Term Dates up to Half Term: 10 Jan to 7 Feb (5 Weeks)
Half Term: 13/14 Feb. Classes return 20/21 Feb
I hope you had a good summer. There seems to have been more sunshine than the average summer, which is much appreciated. We only had to cancel one of the Tai Chi sessions in the park and the others were warm and sunny and every one who came enjoyed it.
Our classes start again on 5/6 September and will run for 7 weeks up to half term in both the Stanton Hall and at Springbank, so see you all soon.
Half Term will be 24th and 25th October followed by at least 6 more weeks. I have not quite decided yet.
I am looking forward to seeing you all again and welcoming the newcomers.
A big thank you to all my Tai Chi students who helped raise money for LINC. We raised £38 from the sale of my DVDs, and the money will go to help the fund raising effort by LINC to upgrade the showers in the Leukaemia isolation wards.

Tuesdays at 10.30 – 11.30
5 sessions: 25 July; 1 August, 8 August, 15 August and 22 August.

Tai Chi classes are very popular at Springbank Resource Centre. Well done everyone! Regretfully the Tuesday morning class at 10.30 am is full and I am unable to take any more students at present. Please leave your name for my waiting list.
SPECIAL OFFER FOR JANUARY – Come along to any of my regular classes in Charlton Kings for the first half hour for half price £3-25. Take part in invigorating Chi Kung and observe some of the Tai Chi form. See what you think! Please phone 01 242 248663 to book your place.
Happy and healthy New Year to all my students. Gillian
I would like to extend my thanks to all my students for their commitment to Tai Chi over the year. I really appreciate your hard work and concentration. I hope that you find benefit in the classes and learn some skills that can be easily used in your ordinary life. You have all done very well and it is joyful to see so much progress.
I am looking forward to seeing you next year on the 6/7 January 2015. The term will be 6 weeks followed by a break of one week for Half Term on 17/18 February.
With love and best wishes and have a happy and healthy New Year.
Classes break for half-term this week.
I hope that you all have a very good Bank Holiday weekend and that the sun shines on you where ever you are. Stand on top of a hill and do Tai Chi, and don’t forget to breathe!
There will be no classes on 27 & 28 May.
